The Pro-Vision Academy (PVA) does not to discriminate or engage in harassment on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, disability, or any other legally protected status in its educational programs, services or activities or matters related to employment. PVA is committed to providing an educational environment free from discrimination or victimization of any kind that may negatively impact any person’s education or career with PVA. PVA prohibits retaliation against an individual who has made a good faith report of unlawful, discriminatory practices, opposed any unlawful, discriminatory practices, or participated in an investigation of any complaint related to an unlawful, discriminatory practice. Concerns should be reported to the designated staff below.
